Dun & Bradstreet Open Ratings

Four Corners Research was reviewed by Dun & Bradstreet (June 25, 2003) as a future GSA contractor through Open Ratings. In this review, Four Corners Research scored an overall Summary Performance Rating of 90 (out of a maximum of 100). Within the Detailed Performance Ratings, which include Reliability, Cost, Order Accuracy, Delivery/Timeliness, Quality, Business Relations, Personnel, Customer Support, and Responsiveness, a range of 91 to 95 points was scored, showing consistent high marks. The Distribution of Feedback from surveyed customers did not result in any negative feedback (one of three rating levels: Positive, Neutral, and Negative), supporting the scores presented above.
